Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only accept credit card payment & Debit Cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We will ship your order based on the following;-

Minimum order value £50

Orders received on

=> Monday before noon will be shipped on Tuesday for delivery to you by Wednesday
=> Tuesday before noon will be shipped on Wednesday for delivery to you by Thursday
=> All orders received after 1200 on Wednesday will be shipped the following week for delivery on Tuesday

Deliveries can be made between hours of 0800 and 1800.

100% Accuracy of orders is our aim.

Errors may occur, please advice us within 24 hours of the error and we will refund you the difference if applicable.
Delivery Schedule With the exception of Saturday, Sunday and Jewish Holidays, our office hours are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1400, for internet trading.

Orders will be shipped Monday - Wednesday.
Orders Shipped on Monday will arrive any time on Tuesday
Orders Shipped on Tuesday will arrive any time on Wednesday
Orders Shipped on Wednesday will arrive any time on Thursday

All orders are shipped using DHL or UPS or Tenders/Sub Contractors

Orders are taken and dispatch on the condition the customer or representative is present to sign for the parcel. If no person is available to sign for the goods ; great food will not be responsible and no refund will be given.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Please note: no shipping on Thursday, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.



Back Orders We do not operate a back order policy. You will be notified about any known shortfall in your shipment by email, prior to shipping.
Tax Charges All orders are VAT free, apart from carriage
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Our products are shipped to you in specially designed insulated containers.
The shipment should reach you within 24 hours of dispatch (See instruction on box)

Returns received will be re-cycled in accordance to manufacturers recommendations.

Due to the nature of the consignment we prefer to hear from you should you not be totally satisfied, within 24 hours. Your staturory rights are not affected.

We will not refund the cost of any physical return, unless prior agreement has been granted by us.
