Gilbert's Kosher Foods has been trading since 1995. We operate from a 23 000 square foot EC approved, BRC accredited factory in Milton Keynes, which also contains our meat cutting plant. We produce a diverse range of kosher pre-packed meat products which are currently sold to all of the major supermarkets and the leading food service groups.

Our sister company, Great Food, is located at the same site, where we manufacture vegetarian products, salad dips, delicatessen fried fish lines and frozen meals.

We employ 55 people and turnover is approximately £6.5 million per annum. Our meat products are supervised by the London Beth Din and Manchester Beth Din.
